Run the Numbers: Bulk Bag of 6mm Lime Green Crutch Tips

This Bulk Bag of 6mm Lime Green Crutch Filter Tips holds 1,000 pieces, each 6mmx20mm. If lime green is part of your pre-roll identity, buying by the thousand is the simplest way to cut costs and keep that color on hand. Here is what the bag means for your production budget.

Cost Per Tip Compared

Purchase option	Price per crutch
Single tip	$0.15
1,000 count bag	$0.07

That is a savings of more than half on every joint you roll, or roughly $80 saved per thousand compared with buying singles.

How Far Does One Bag Go?

One crutch per pre-roll means one bag finishes 1,000 joints. For a brand packing half-gram slims, that is about 500 grams of flower worth of product. A small craft operation might use a bag per week, while a busier line could go through several in a single shift.

Keeping a Color Line Consistent

Ordering lime green in larger lots reduces the number of separate batches you mix together, so shade stays uniform across a release. Customers notice when tips look identical from pack to pack, and it reinforces the quality of your brand.

Production-Friendly Format

Loose tips in one sealed bag for quick access at the rolling bench
Uniform 6mm diameter for clean seating in slim cones
20mm length for a sturdy, comfortable mouthpiece
Rigid paper that resists crushing during packing and twisting

Sourced From a U.S. Factory

Every lime green crutch in this bag is made in the USA. A domestic supplier means shorter lead times, so reorders arrive before your shelves run dry.

Pair It With the Right Paper

Lime green pops hardest against unbleached brown paper, where the contrast makes the tip look almost neon. On white rice paper it reads cleaner and more modern. Test both with your packaging to see which tells your brand story best, then order this bag in the volume that matches your release schedule.
