Small-Format Specialists: Bulk Bag of 5mm Natural Crutch Tips
Minis, dogwalkers, and sampler joints need a tip that matches their size. This Bulk Bag of 5mm Natural Crutch Filter Tips contains 1,000 undyed tips, each 5mmx18mm, our narrowest crutch, sold at a wholesale price of $45 per bag.
Made for the Smallest Pre-Rolls
Standard tips can overwhelm a tiny joint, leaving a bulky end and wasting paper. A 5mm crutch keeps proportions right on rolls that hold a third of a gram or less, so finished minis look tidy and professional instead of top-heavy.
Popular Uses for 5mm Tips
- Multi-joint sampler and party packs
- Dogwalkers and quick single-session rolls
- Promotional giveaways and event samples
- Infused minis where every milligram of space counts
Production Math
One bag finishes 1,000 minis. At 0.3 grams each, that is about 300 grams of finished product from a single bag, at a tip cost of only $0.045 per joint. That low unit cost helps keep sampler packs and low-price minis profitable.
Why Go Natural on Minis?
Undyed paper gives small joints a clean, classic finish that matches unbleached cones and hemp papers. It is the safest choice for co-packers producing minis for several brands with different packaging colors.
Compact 18mm Length
The shorter 18mm length leaves more of a small paper available for flower. On minis, that space makes a real difference to fill weight and burn time.
American Manufacturing
These 5mm natural tips are produced in the USA, so restocks ship quickly and sizing stays reliable from one order to the next.
Tips for Rolling Minis
Because the paper on a mini is so short, place the crutch first and add flower in small pinches to keep the fill even. Roll slowly so the paper wraps tightly around the narrow tip. A firm wrap at the filter end prevents the tiny joint from unraveling when it is handled, packed, or carried in a pocket.
Matching Packaging
Small joints often ship in slim tubes, tins, or multi-slot packs. A 5mm crutch keeps the overall diameter narrow, so minis slide easily into compact containers without forcing.
Storage
Small tips are easy to crush, so keep the bag in a rigid bin away from heavy items and moisture.
