Launch a Color-Coded Menu With a Bulk Bag of 6mm Yellow Crutch Tips
A Bulk Bag of 6mm Yellow Crutch Filter Tips gives you 1,000 bright, 6mmx20mm crutches in one order. Dispensaries and brands use yellow tips as the anchor of a color-coding system that helps staff and shoppers find the right product instantly. Here is how to put this bag to work.
Step-by-Step: Setting Up a Tip Color System
- Pick your categories. Common choices are strain type, potency level, or flavor family.
- Assign a color to each. Yellow is a natural fit for sativas, citrus strains, or a “daytime” tier.
- Stock enough tips. A 1,000 count bag supplies a full production run without mid-batch reorders.
- Train your team. Post a simple color chart at the rolling station and behind the counter.
- Tell customers. Add the color key to your menu board or website so shoppers learn it fast.
Why Yellow Works as an Anchor Color
Yellow has high contrast against brown paper, white paper, and most packaging. It is readable under dispensary lighting and easy to spot in a display jar, making it one of the most effective colors for quick identification.

Benefits for Your Production Line
Buying yellow in volume keeps your color system running without gaps. Uniform sizing lets rollers work at speed, and the firm paper body seats cleanly in slim cones whether you fill by hand or by machine.
Beyond the Dispensary
Yellow tips are not just for retail menus. Event vendors use them to separate sample strains on a tasting table, private-label producers use them to distinguish client orders on the packing floor, and subscription box companies use them to signal the “featured” strain of the month. Whatever the reason, a bag of 1,000 keeps the system stocked.
Keep Them Crisp
Close the bag after every use and store it out of humid areas so each tip stays firm until it is rolled.
